Recruitment Policy


All of our staff came to us either as colleagues in other settings such as Guiding, Scouting or in local schools, meaning that they are already known to us, or via personal recommendation by someone already working with us.

 

All personnel need to provide or undertake an Enhanced DBS, and provide proof of address and photo ID. We may also ask for references. All DBS documentation is reviewed annually.
