About the Event
Please arrive by 18:50
We all understand the need to reduce our use of plastics. Here is a practical solution to remove the need for cling film. Wax Food Wraps can be used for packed lunches, wrapping bread to keep it fresh, covering foods in the fridge such as cheese and to cover opened tins and bowls. In fact, they can be used in nearly every situation where you used to use cling film.
Wax Food Wraps retail somewhere in the range of £15 to £25 per set. In this work shop you will learn how to make, use, and maintain three of your own wraps to take home. Both bees wax and soya wax will be on offer.
There will also be the opportunity to buy further supplies of wax and fabrics.
