About the Event
We ran this course last year and we were delighted at how popular it was and how enthusiastic all of our children were to participate. All of our graduates from the last years course, passed with flying colours and walked away with a celebratory certificate. They are also coming back this year for part two of the course.
So, in these sessions your child will learn how to build different types of shelter, how to safely build, maintain and put out a fire, water collection and purifying techniqes and outdoor cooking.
We will also have a fire, toast Marsh Mallows and drink hot chocolate.
We can take children that are a little older than 12, but they have to be happy to be arround smaller children, no phones are allowed out of their bags, and they must be happy to be with us. The sessions will run for a course…
