East Preston Juniors Forest School Club (2)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLUB WILL BE ON THE 10TH JUNE, 24TH OF JUNE, 1ST OF JULY, 8TH OF JULY ONLY

This club is for children from East Preston Junior School only.

So many parents from the school have said how much their children miss Forest School- so we are bringing Forest School to you!  Come and join Elliott and Sam on a Friday after school and we will light fires, build shelters, toast a few marshallows and much much more.

This last term we started to teach the children how to light fires, focussing on safety and  obtaining permission.  Next term we will be looking at first aid and building and maintaining the fire.  The children are excited to be working towards their fire lighting certificates and badges.

We have also been busy making bird boxes for the school and we were delighted to present the East Preston Parish Council with 5 for the village.

No matter how busy we are, we also make sure that there is some time left for some free play and the children have been excited to build their own obstacle course.

This club will be for just one hour after school on a Friday. You will be able to collect your child from the play ground or they can make thier own way home with your permission.
