About the Event
This club is for children from East Preston Junior School only.
So many parents from the school have said how much their children miss Forest School- so we are bringing Forest School to you! Come and join Elliott and Sam on a Friday after school and we will light fires, build shelters, toast a few marshallows and much much more.
This last term we started to teach the children how to light fires, focussing on safety and obtaining permission. Next term we will be looking at first aid and building and maintaining the fire. The children are excited to be working towards their fire lighting certificates and badges.
We have also been busy making bird boxes for the school and we were delighted to present the East Preston Parish Council with 5 for the village.
No matter how busy we are, we also make sure that there is some time…

EPJS Friday "Forest School"
This ticket is for the Friday after school club in the Forest School/Outside wild area. It will be an all weather club. Please make sure that your child has warm clothes, waterproofs and boots or trainers. They may well get muddy and wet. Please also ensure that they have a snack that they can eat as school finishes/as the club starts.
