About the Event
For children aged from pre-school to 12ish
All prices are based on a 2-hour party.
Party 10-12 PM/ We would recommend that you ask your guests to arrive at 9.45 so that you can start promptly at 10.00.
Option 1 - Woodland Party
28 guests, including all children and adults. Your number of guests can be higher than 28, but the cost would be agreed at the time of booking.
You will see below that we offer some great fun activities for the children to enjoy. However, we also follow the Forest School ethos of child led activity. So, children will not be “led” through each activity, rather, they are made available to them, if they should want to take part. If a child wants to sit and cover themselves in leaves for half an hour, that’s fine by us!
We will discuss what you would like for your party, but they can contain any of the activities below and pretty much anything else you might like. Just have a chat with us.
Camp fire, treasure hunt, age appropriate bush craft activity, den building, mud play, water play. bubble play, woodland games, fire lighting, tool work, tree swings.
After an hour and half of activities the children will then stop for their birthday food, we will light the fire and then they will be invited to toast a marshmallow.
Option 2 - Artistree Craft Party
The children can create fabulous craft pieces using natural materials, sustainably and ethically sourced. We lay out a buffet of wonderful “found” materials and the children can let their imaginations run wild.
Anything that they make, they can take home with them, as a gift from the party.
As we use low temperature glue guns for this party we suggest a minimum age of 7/8 and this party package is limited to 15 children.
We will start the party with a toy or token hunt around the woods. After an hour and half of activities the children will then stop for their birthday food, we will light the fire and then they will be invited to toast a marshmallow.
Option 3- Archery Party
For children aged 8 plus, we offer an archery taster session. This party option is for your child with 7 guests. They will have an hour and a half of instructor led archery, followed by time for a birthday lunch/tea, a campfire and toasted marshmallow.
All of the equipment and instruction is provided.
NB This is “Robin Hood” archery, not soft archery or foam tipped arrows.
All of the above party packages are £195.00

The expectation is that the parents of the party child will have overall responsibility for the children during the party. We will discuss with you how many adult helpers you will need.
We reserve the right to uphold our safety rules during the party so that we observe the terms and conditions of our insurance.
We would ask that if children want to dress up (and why wouldn’t you?), that parents make sure that they have other clothes with them to change into for when they toast their marshmallows or if they are taking part in fire lighting.
